Second JPCC between Rwanda and Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe, 16 May 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta and his counterpart, Hon. Frederick M. Shava, Zimbabwe’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, co-chaired the Ministerial Session of the 2nd session of the Zimbabwe-Rwanda Joint Permanent Commission on Cooperation (JPCC) themed:” Enjoying continued joint-support through bilateral relations.”
During this meeting, three (3) MoUs were signed: Sustainable, Affordable, Functional, Low to Medium Cost Housing and New Building Technologies; Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development; and Women Empowerment.
