Rwanda and Liberia Sign Two Key Agreements to Strengthen Cooperation
Monrovia, 10 September 2025 – Minister Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe was in Monrovia for an official visit to Liberia, where he held a bilateral meeting with Hon. Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liberia.
During their discussions, the two Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the long-standing friendship and cooperation between Rwanda and Liberia.
Together, the two Ministers signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs):
These agreements mark a new chapter in the bilateral relations between the two countries, paving the way for stronger diplomatic, economic, and people-to-people ties.
