Rwanda and Chad Establish Joint Cooperation Commission
N’Djamena, 8 April 2028 - Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, and his counterpart, Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Chad, signed an agreement establishing the Great Joint Cooperation Commission between Rwanda and Chad.
This signing marks a new step in strengthening bilateral relations and reaffirms the commitment of the two countries to deepen their cooperation in areas of common interest.
