MoS Prof. Nshuti Manasseh welcomes young Rwandans living abroad in Rwanda to learn about Rwanda’s culture
This afternoon, Minister of State Prof. Nshuti Manasseh welcomed 140 young Rwandans living in Belgium, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom who are in Rwanda, from 25-29 July 2023, to learn about Rwanda’s culture through the "Gutoza umuco abana n’urubyiruko rw’Abanyarwanda baba mu mahanga" programme.
This cultural exchange and education program aims to provide young people with a deeper understanding of Rwandan heritage and contribute to preserving and promoting Rwandan culture in the diaspora.
