Kigali, 11 July 2025 Today, Minister of State James Kabarebe received copies of the letters of credence from Mr. Gao Wenqi, Ambassador-designate of the People’s Republic of China to Rwanda.
Rwanda and China established diplomatic relations in 1971. Cooperation spans various sectors, including trade, investment, health, education, agriculture, technology, and infrastructure.
