MINISTER NDUHUNGIREHE VISITS DJIBOUTI
Djibouti, 16 March 2026 – Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Olivier J. P. Nduhungirehe, Special Envoy of H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, visited Djibouti, where he was received by H.E. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, to whom he delivered a special message.
Their discussions included the candidacy of Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), for a new term.
During the visit, Minister Nduhungirehe also held talks with his counterpart, H.E. Abdoulkader Houssein Omar, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Djibouti.
Their discussions focused on the strong bilateral relations between Rwanda and Djibouti, as well as prospects for further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
