MINISTER BIRUTA REPRESENTS H.E. PAUL KAGAME AT THE 20TH ORDINARY SESSION of conference OF HEADS OF STATE OF THE ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF CENTRAL AFRICAN STATES (ECCAS) IN BRAZZAVILLE
On 19 January 2022, Minister Vincent Biruta represented H.E. Paul Kagame at the 20th ordinary session of the Conférence of Heads of State of the Economic Community of Central Africa States Summit in Brazzaville. During the Summit, President Denis Sassou Nguesso handed over the chairmanship of Economic Community of Central African States ECCAS- CEEAC to DRC’s President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.
