Minister Biruta receives ambassador of Brazil to Rwanda
Kigali, August 18, 2023 Minister Vincent Biruta held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Silvio José Albuquerque e Silva, Ambassador of Brazil to Rwanda, with residence in Nairobi, Kenya.

Rwanda and Brazil have a longstanding relationship since 1981. In 2019, both countries signed the Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA). In 2011, they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the promotion of South-South cooperation in agriculture strengthening and food security.
