Minister Biruta participates in strategic review meeting of process of mutualization of Luanda road map in CAR
Bangui, 23 October 2023 - Minister Vincent Biruta led a Rwandan delegation to take part, alongside Angola, in the strategic review meeting of the process of mutualization of the Luanda road map and the Political Agreement for Peace and Reconciliation in Central African Republic (APPR-RCA).
Rwanda and Angola were commissioned by the Mini-Summit of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) to support the Central African Republic in the peace process. View more pictures here.
