Rwanda and UAE hold First joint committee for cooperation meeting
Kigali, 7 March 2024 – Minister Vincent Biruta and H.E. Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, co-chaired the 1st Session of the Joint Committee for Cooperation between Rwanda and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
They explored new avenues for cooperation and signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Education. “Through this partnership, we aim to bolster educational exchanges, research collaborations, and capacity building, laying down the foundations for a future where our youth can thrive in a globalized world,” Minister Biruta highlighted in his opening remarks.
